Delivery, Exchange and Return Policy:

Zohoor is seeking to ensure that all orders will be delivered as per the following terms and conditions:

1- Zohoor delivers to all regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2- Once the client completes the purchase process, they will receive a confirmation email.

3- Inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the order will be delivered within:

Region	Delivery time
Riyadh	1-5 Business Days
Jeddah	1-5 Business Days
Dammam	1-5 Business Days
Other Regions	1-7 Business Days

1- The delivery time might be extended to 14 working days during high sales and Ramadan season.

2- If the order was ordered on Friday or on any official vacation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the team will start preparing it on the next working day following the order date.

3- The delivery charge is 35 SR, or free of charge if the order was above 99 SR.

4- Zohoor provides cash on delivery service in exchange for 19 SR.

5- If the client wants to refund the amount of the order, and he\she received it correctly, Zohoor will deduct the shipping fees and cash on delivery fees (if applicable).

6- In the event that the shipping company failed to deliver the order to the client due to incorrect information provided by him/her and could not reach the customer to correct it. If the customer later contacted the team to refund the order amount, Zohoor will deduct the shipping fees.

7- If the shipping company failed to deliver the order to the customer due to incorrect information provided by him/her and could not reach the customer to correct it. If the customer later contacted the team to re-ship the order, the shipping fees will be charged to him\her.
